1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  • "Platform" refers to the collective website, applications and online services of kb33.
  • "User" or "Member" refers to any person who operates a registered account on the kb33 platform.
  • "Services" refers to all gaming, betting and related activities provided through kb33.
  • "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, credit or reward provided by kb33.
  • "Funds" refers to money deposited into a user's account.
  • "Transaction" refers to any financial activity related to deposits, withdrawals or betting.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

To use the kb33 platform you must be 21 years of age or older. Access to the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is a violation of these Terms.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. kb33 reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided. kb33 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Users from certain countries or regions may not be able to use kb33 services for legal reasons. It is entirely your own responsibility to comply with the local laws of your area.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your account password with anyone. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Liability for Unauthorized Use

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Until kb33 is notified of any unauthorized use, those activities will be considered as authorized by you.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the kb33 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
  • Deposits made in a third party's name or outside approved methods will not be accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit
  • Withdrawal processing may be delayed until identity verification is complete
  • kb33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In certain circumstances kb33 may request a national identity card or other documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be limited until this verification process is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit amount and other conditions apply to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount). Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made until the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated in the offer's terms.
  • Bonuses are only usable in your own account and cannot be transferred to another person's account.
  • kb33 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, kb33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Policy

All games available on the kb33 platform are operated through fair and transparent technology. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed on the game page. kb33 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any bet or transaction executed due to a technical error or system failure may be considered void. In such cases kb33 will attempt to refund applicable funds, however claims for abnormal winnings resulting from an error will not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
  • Opening or operating multiple accounts
  • Registering using a false identity or another person's information
  • Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage
  • Using automated software, bots or hacking tools
  • Disrupting the gaming experience of other users
  • Attempting to hack or reverse engineer the platform's software or technology
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Suspension by kb33

kb33 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Failure to complete identity verification
  • Extended inactivity on the account

8.2 Account Closure by User

If you wish to close your account, please contact us via our 24/7 live chat support or email. All pending transactions will be settled before the account is closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

In no circumstances shall kb33's total liability exceed the amount of funds held in the user's account.

12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 Filing a Complaint

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, kb33's decision will be considered final, unless there is clear evidence that the decision was unreasonable. In disputes regarding game results, server log data will be treated as the final evidence.

kb33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in case of significant changes.
